Midas Touch

This recipe is based on ancient findings. Brewed with barley, white muscat grapes, thyme honey, and saffron, it has the smooth dry body of a beer but finishes fruity like a fine white wine. 9% ABV

Raison D’Etre

Voted American Beer Of The Year for 2000 by Malt Advocate Magazine. A deep mahogany ale brewed with beet sugar, green raisins, and Belgian yeast. As complex as a fine red wine.

Indian Brown Ale

A cross between a Scotch Ale, an I.P.A, and an American brown, this beer is well hopped and malty at the same time. Brewed with Aromatic Barley and caramelized brown sugar.

Immort Ale

A strong ale, vast in character, luscious & complex. Brewed with peat-smoked barley, organic juniper berry, vanilla & maple syrup. It’s aged on oak and fermented with a blend

of yeasts. 11.0% ABV

Olde School Barleywine

Bold yet smooth! Fermented with dates and figs, this bone crusher has a unique flavor. 15.0% ABV

Aprihop - Spring

A serious I.P.A. with a soft velvety tone of apricot running

An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. 12% ABV

Theobroma

Theobroma (new) is a recipe dating from 1200 B.C. This beer is brewed with Aztec cocoa power and cocoa nibs, honey, chilies, and annatto (fragrant tree seed).

This also a collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania Archeology Department. This comes in the 750ml champagne bottle.
